De-stress Your Day In 9 Easy Ways

Our everyday lives can really get stressing most of the time. However, we don't want too much stress as it can be bad for our health in general.

Here are a few tips for you to reduce stress in your everyday life:

1. Have some money in the house. You have to be sure there's something in your purse in case you absolutely need to buy something.

2. Fill up the car with gas every time the marker begins to approach "E." The moment you notice the gas gauge nearing the "empty" point is the time to fill it up.

3. Have a pain reliever handy all the time. Advil, Tylenol, whatever. Make sure you have it.

4. Put your keys away in the same place every day. There's no point in stressing yourself every time you have to get to work because you can't find your keys.

5. Switch off lights as soon as you get sleepy. And then get to bed quickly!

6. Walk around the block. Clear your mind of things that got you bogged down at work.

7. Put things away before going to bed. Don't let the mess build up.

8. Pack lunch the night before. It's not fun rushing a lunch box in the morning when you have to get to work.

9. Try to have at least one nice friend in the neighborhood.
